Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 14 days starting from the day you received your item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.

Gift cards are not eligible to be returned and are considered final sale, as well as all items purchased on sale

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting a member of our team and read our "how to make a return" section for further information.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

1. Ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Send us an email at hello@shopgoldwaters.com and provide us with the order number, item number/s of the articles that you want to return. If the item that was received was damaged please also send us a photo of the item.
3. Before you return the product, we need to confirm the return.
4. Once you have received confirmation, package and ship the products back to us (you are responsible to pay the return shipping for the item) to the following address:

***If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any extra customs charges.***

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES 

Exchanges are not automated at this time. To make an exchange please return the original items for a full refund or store credit and place a new order.


SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 810 Element Pvt, Kanata ON K2M 0M8, Canada

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in the instance the item is lost and we don't receive your returned item.
